Yoga for Kids
Yoga for your little ones. The obvious benefits are balance, strength work and flexibility - get them young and their muscles will remember this practise! With all the skiing, hiking and biking available in the Villars Gryon area - working on increasing flexibility will actually build strength.But NOT just that. A yoga practice can help your little ones grow with confidence: not just in their bodies but in their breath and their ability to find calm. Of course we work on building self awareness but even more importantly - E M P A T H Y.
